The applicant should do online Registration Registration on AEO portal at www.aeoindia.gov.in
First time Applicant will receive an e-mail with system generated login-credentials.
After logging in, applicants can access the T3 application form. They need to provide details such as application date, zone, officer’s name, and existing AEO certificate number if applicable.
Applicants must upload the required annexures and any additional documents necessary for compliance with AEO standards.
Once the application is submitted, the application is reviewed by AEO authorities. If there are any discrepancies, the applicant will receive a notification to address them.
The customs authorities will conduct the physical inspection of the business premises as part of the approval process.
After a successful review and inspection, applicants are sent an approval email, and their digital signature certification.
If an application has been declined then the applicant can submit a new application after 15 days of receiving the rejection notice.
